What do organizations and individuals have in common? To succeed they both need a clear vision, a strategy to achieve their vision, and they need to take action.
Consulting services are for organizations who need support to define a vision, create a strategy and implement an action plan to achieve the strategy. Consulting can also be for projects in a specific public policy area.
Coaching is for individuals who need support to define a vision for their personal/professional lives, create a strategy to achieve the vision and then take action.
Cat has over 20 years of international experience guiding organizations and individuals through this process.
